The report card

When you file a sighting, the card collects what you tick and type: the behaviours, roughly how long it has gone on, roughly how many people are affected, your role, and a company name if you choose to give one. There is no field for anyone's name, and we don't want one. We grade behaviours, not people.

Reports are anonymous by default. We never share them, publish them, or pass them to anyone. Not to the company named, not to the person described, not to a vendor.

If you ask for a call

Your email or phone is only asked for when you tick "I want someone to call me". We keep it only for that purpose and only for as long as it takes to have that conversation. Ask and we delete it.

Reports and messages land in our own intake system and are read by the people who run ITplanB. Nothing is sold, rented or used for advertising lists.

Talking to Jane

Jane is a voice and text agent. What you say to her is used to answer you, and, if you ask for a follow-up, to pass your details to a person. Same rules as above.

Analytics

We use Plausible, self-hosted, to count visits. It sets no cookies, keeps no personal data, and cannot follow you across sites. It tells us which pages get read and whether the card gets filled in. That's all.
